The Churches

The Mayana Mpora Foundation also supports Christian churches in the Mayana area. They are Evangelic, Roman Catholic, and Charismatic churches.

Every one of these churches is awarded the same amount of money or material donations every month. The money is handed over during church service so that all community members know about it and can jointly decide what the money should be used for.

People coming to the area are encouraged to visit church services in one of the participating churches.
